Nestled on a quiet 184-acre fishing lake, this 610 sq. ft. 2-bedroom, 1-bath retreat features an open floor plan and sleeps up to 5 guests. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a twin bunk (with two twin beds), and there is a foldout chair (that transforms into a twin bed) in the living room. The property is private and fully furnished, including all kitchen and bathroom essentials, a washer/dryer combo, dishwasher, an iron and compact ironing board, and a starter set of toiletries/linens. There is also a compact work desk available, as well a a travel crib and high chair. This property is ideal for couples, small groups, and families.
Please note that due to being in a rural area, cell phone signal is very poor. The best way to make and receive phone calls/text messages at this property is by connecting to the Wi-Fi and enabling internet calling on your cell phone. Also, streaming services are the only TV options, and there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick attached to the 42 inch television and connected to the Wi-Fi for easy streaming.
Step outside to a spacious patio with stunning lakefront views, a fire-pit area perfect for evening gatherings, and direct access to your private aluminum dock. Swim in the water, fish from the dock or go kayaking (3 kayaks & paddles included) in the amazing crystal clear waters of Pretty Lake (https://prettylake.org). There is an outdoor pool locker that contains some items for your use (such as cushions, lifejackets, noodle floats, etc.). Please return all items to the same location you found them. You may use the grill on the lakeside concrete patio. However, charcoal is not provided. Note: the easiest access to board the kayaks is by the dock stairs. If you swim in shallow areas, we recommend water shoes.
